Windows command prompt with admin privileges

Postby Josh Gibbs » Tue Sep 25, 2012 6:17 pm

If you ever need to quickly run a command prompt that has admin privileges, this is how you do it.

1) Press the Windows key to bring up the program search box (Not the run command box accessed by [Windows]/R hotkeys)
2) Type 'cmd' and then press Ctrl-Shift-Enter
3) Accept the UAC prompt and that's it, cmd with admin priveleges within seconds
